The City of Kawasaki hosts the Kawasaki International Eco-Tech Fair each year with the aim of promoting innovation and revitalizing industries in the environmental field. The goal of this fair is to disseminate information on prominent environmental technologies and expertise found in Kawasaki and share these with Japan and the world, and to provide a central venue for exchange that will pave the way for developing the market, expanding sales channels, and forming new networks.
The 14th Kawasaki International Eco-Tech Fair scheduled for this year will be held as an online exhibition, with the new addition of face-to-face business meetings for participants in the technical exhibition to further enhance business matching opportunities for exhibitors.
The fair will provide a space for developing the market and expanding sales channels by combining the features of both online and in-person events. We hope that many of you will take part in this year’s fair and take advantage of this chance to promote your company and engage in business matching opportunities.
Kawasaki City is pleased to announce that the 18th Kawasaki International Eco-Business Forum will be held virtually under the theme of “Toward an Urban-Industrial Symbiosis: Circular Economy Strategy to Realize a Net-Zero Society.”
In this forum, we will discuss initiatives for carbon-neutral which Kawasaki-based companies have implemented, the way the circular economy should be, and challenges to be addressed in order to achieve a “decarbonized / net-zero society in the future. We will also take questions from the audience.
